This line is used to produce PVC fiber reinforced garden hoses with diameter from 8mm to 50mm. The hose wall is made of PVC material. In the middle of hose, there is fiber. According to request, it can make braided hose with different color, three layer braided hoses, five layer braided hoses.

The extruder adopts single screw with excellent plasticization; haul off machine has 2 claws with speed governed by ABB inverter; With proper the fiber layer could be crochet type and braided type.

The braided hose has the advantage of extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity resistance, anti-high pressure and good running. It is suitable for the conveying high pressure or combustible gas and liquid, heavy suction and delivery of liquid sludge. It is mainly used in the garden and lawn irrigation.

This line is mainly used to produce various single wall corrugated pipes with diameter from 6mm ~ 200mm. It can apply to PVC, PP, PE, PVC, PA, EVA material. The complete line includes:loader, Single screw extruder, die, corrugated forming machine, coiler. For PVC powder material, we will suggest conic twin screw extruder for the production.

This line adopt energy efficient single screw extruder; the forming machine has gears run modules and templates to realize excellent cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. The main electrics of this line adopt world famous brand, such as Siemens, ABB, Omron/RKC, Schneider etc.

It is main used for producing PP-R, PE pipes with diameter from 16mm~160mm, PE-RT pipes with diameter from 16~32mm. Equipped with proper downstream equipment, it can also produce mufti-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fiber pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes.  With years of experience for plastic pipe extrusion, we also developed high speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line, and the max production speed could be 35m/min (base on 20mm pipes).

SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is mainly composed of barrel screw, gear transmission system, quantitative feeding, vacuum exhaust, heating, cooling and electrical control components Etc. The conical twin screw extruder is suitable for producing PVC products from mixed powder.

The process flow of this line as blow: PVC powder + additive — mixing—material feeder— conic twin screw extruder— die — pelletizer — air cooling system — vibrator

This extruder of PVC granulating line adopt special conic twin screw extruder and the degassing system and screw temperature control system will ensure the material plasticization; The pelletizer is well blanced to match the extrusion die face; The air blower will blowing the granules into silo immedately after granules fall down.
