Izinhlobo ze-PVC Resin zokukhiqizwa kwamapayipi

I-Suspension PVC (S-PVC): Ama-resin e-S-PVC akhiqizwa kusetshenziswa inqubo ye-suspension polymerization, okuholela ezinhlayiyeni eziyindilinga ezinokusatshalaliswa kwesisindo esibanzi sama-molecule. Anikeza ibhalansi enhle yamandla omthelela, ukuqina, kanye nezici zokucubungula.
I-Emulsion PVC (E-PVC): Ama-resin e-E-PVC akhiqizwa ngenqubo ye-emulsion polymerization, eveza izinhlayiya ezincane kakhulu ezinokusatshalaliswa kwesisindo sama-molecule okuncane. Ngokuvamile abonisa amandla aphezulu omthelela kanye nokuqina okuphansi uma kuqhathaniswa nama-resin e-S-PVC.
Ukukhetha i-Resin Engcono Kakhulu Yezidingo Zakho
Ukukhethwa kwe-resin ye-PVC efaneleke kakhulu yokukhiqiza amapayipi kuncike ekusetshenzisweni okuthile kanye nezakhiwo zamapayipi ezifunwayo. Isibonelo, amapayipi ahloselwe ukusetshenziswa kwengcindezi adinga ama-resin anesisindo esikhulu sama-molecule kanye namanani e-Vicat B ukuqinisekisa amandla anele kanye nokumelana nokushisa.
