OEM/ODM Manufacturer Ppr Glassfiber Pipe Extrusion Line - PERT floor heating pipe – FAYGO Detail:

PP-R/PE-RT pipe extrusion line

It is main used for producing PP-R, PE pipes with diameter from 16mm~160mm, PE-RT pipes with diameter from 16~32mm. Equipped with proper downstream equipment, it can also produce mufti-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fiber pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes.  With years of experience for plastic pipe extrusion, we also developed high speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line, and the max production speed could be 35m/min (base on 20mm pipes).

This pipe extrusion line adopt energy efficient single screw extruder with special mould, production efficiency than single high-speed production line increased by 30%, energy consumption lower than 20%, also effectively reduced labor costs. The production of PE-RT or PE pipes can be realized by the appropriate transformation of the machine.

The machine could adop PLC control and color large screen liquid crystal display screen composed of control system, the operation is simple, linkage across the board, machine adjustment, automatic fault alarm, the whole line appearance, stable and reliable production.
